Dance

Cheer Extreme All Star dance squads are a fun and exciting compliment to the cheer teams. 

• The dance team is a perfect way to enjoy the competition experience for those who are not interested in  or not able to perform tumbling skills.
• Fewer hours of practice also make the dance team appealing to those who do not have as much time to commit to the sport. 

The dance teams compete about five times a year in regional, state, and national level competitions.
